The website uses:
- Google Analytics 4 on every page to measure visitors and site use; it sets the
_gaand_ga_9TPBGGPX1Dcookies. - Theo’s native contact form on the Stay Close page, which collects a visitor’s name, email address, optional phone number, and message and sends the information to Theo for delivery and spam protection. The form requests a security token when the page loads.
- Theo-hosted delivery of site photographs and a small “Powered by Theo” footer graphic.
The website does not load or embed:
- YouTube or Vimeo players; the trailer uses a standard outbound YouTube link.
- Google Maps;
- Meta Pixel;
- Google Ads conversion tracking;
- reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha;
- embedded social feeds; or
- Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar session-recording tools.
The website uses Bodoni Moda, served directly with the site rather than loaded through Google Fonts in a visitor’s browser.
